Classic Mixing Process effect by original qualities of powders

\To ensure the final product quality,it is very important that the specific gravity and diameter of powers do not change or have very little change after the mixing process. such requirment demands that movement inside the mixer should be as gental as possible rather than being fast and fierce. to avoid damaing the original state of powers,the following movements are prohibited:

1st: steelballs are added inside the mixing vessle to deal with the problem of bad inflowability and fake particle. but impact of steelball revoving will damage the original state of powers.

2nd: high speed blades will smash powers to have its qualities destroyed.

3th: the movement of projection and hit will also have similiar bad effect.

4th:the wrong choice of mixers will not achieve desired mixing results,prolong mixing time and destroy mixing powers.

Thus the ideal mixing enrionment would be as follows:

1st: the mixer should have a moderate speed, smooth movement.

2nd: movment should be gental and versatile,resulting in powers going through the division and convergion processes several times.

3. based on the criteior of mixing uniformity, less mixing time the better.

The double movement mixer can easily achineve this ideal mixing process.
