2.Powder automatic weight Batching equipment module

Note that the total cycle time which including feeding The powder detergent in free dust unit to mixers and mixing powder with liquid spry and discharging the mixing to storage tank should be not more than 30 min as maximum

Before mixing,we usually set automatic weight, batching equipment,to reducing manual operation. The module is consist of a plurality of material barrel and a supporting screw conveying machine and a weighing and batching barrel. According to customer requirements can also be used in other semi automatic batching system and automatic batching system,as follows:

According to the formula,we could control the screw batching machine to convey a certain weight material into the weight and batching barrel to realize automatic batching.

3.Automatic mixing module

Mixing machine automation is the key part of the whole automation in the production line,is the most complex part of the control program. This is because most of the barrel of mixing machine is moving,so we have to control the feed port and discharge port to stop on a right position before feeding and discharge.
Feeding port aim at the feed inlet,then brake.
Feeding port to docking the feed inlet, to achieve clean feed.
After loading material and mixer start to operate

4.Automatic packaging machine module

This is a selective module, powder has been mixed, can be directly into the next process, can also be packaged.
