Disadvantages: bad effect in mixing big difference powders,there is no shear in the barrel,small loading ratio. Conical Mixer: Advantages: This kind of mixer is mainly used in mixing large batch of materials,and it can mix large quantity of materials and high mixing efficient. Disadvantages: There is big dead corner in the bottom,and isn’t suitable for intimate mixing.
