The Reasons For Oil Leaking In 3d blender Reducer

There are several reasons for such incidents.
1st: increaed pressure in the tank. the heat generated through frictions of wheels inside reducer will increase the temperature inside the tank according to the law and which,beacuse of the fixed size of tank,result in increased pressure in the tank ,where oil spread to the inner wall of tank. since oil can penetrate well, under pressure it can spill out from places with bad seal capacity.
2nd:oil leaking caused by bad design: without ventilization hood, pressure inside tank will not be leveled out ,resluting in increased pressure for leaking oil.
3th: oil overload: during the reducer operation, oil is stired tremendously with it spreading out everywhere. too much oil will cause oil to congregate in the shaft and touching areas for oil leaking.
