Liuhonglin was born in Zhengzhou city Henan province ,who is the chief designer of jintai .He graduated in Northwestern university in 1977,major in aviation .After graduation ,he worked in Shenyang city researching and designing aircraft design .some of the fighter planes he participated in designing are still in use to protect our country .Having been researching and practicing in the mixer industry for years ,he has a profound understanding about the manufacturing work of different kinds of mixers .With 2 utility models in mixers ,he has led the technique team of jintai research and launch the new generation high-performance mixers ,which make a significant contribution to the Chinese mixing industry .

Professional interests

Thanks to my hobbies in different area ,I’ v fostered my ideas in creation .especially in equipment upgrading ,During the working procedure, I always tried to improve the performance of different equipment .I am quite enjoyable in the course of changes. Changes could make a difference .By the experience accumulated in the equipment transformation course ,I deeply realized that it was of great importance to innovate our mindset .Furthermore ,I began to research on mixers in order to improve the working efficiency and the products quality ,as I know the weak points of the traditional equipment .

Why do we research on new mixing machine ?

We corporation have took the mixer into use for years. However , it’s so difficult to find a mixer that could meet our producing condition because of our high standards in the mixing materials. There are many weakness of the traditional V type mixer as below

1,Low mixing efficiency; it need more time to mixing the materials using the mixing principle of convecting materials

2;The mixing is not sufficient in different weight powder .

3,Low utilization rate of the driving force. Because the distance of barycentre of the rotatable parts is far ,more energy is wasted in bearing the lifting movement .

4Low utilization rate of space ;the available use volume of the charging barrel is less than 40%. The more it charges ,the worse the mixing effect .

In addition ,there are more mixing problems of the three dimensional mixer

1;More energy is wasted ,compared with V type mixer ,because of the inconsecutive equipment operation and different operating direction.

2,More manufacturing and maintenance cost is spent for the operation principle ,which has a strong impact load on the equipment .

3Low mixing efficiency

In order to overcome these mixing problems and improve the mixing efficiency, we undertook the R&D work of the new mixing equipment. With years’ hardworking of our designer and working staff ,the new concept mixing equipment—double movement mixer comes out .
